Prepare to lie back, relax, and experience a new level of serenity as you embark on an Sound Bath Meditation Journey. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as you listen to the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and your tension, anxiety and stress melt away.
Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation.

Here are some helpful tips for attending a Sound Bath:
- Sound Baths are for everyone
- there is no movement required during a Sound Bath
- there are no pre-requisites for attending a Sound Bath
- bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask/eye pillow, bolsters and whatever else you think you might want/need to get as comfortable as possible

Halotherapy, is a dry salt air therapy. It is great for allergies, sinuses, respiratory and skin concerns along with immune and nervous system benefits. A zen-like experience in the making. Feel free to bring your own eye mask for your journey.
