The most important thing about the session, Becky says, is that you’re comfortable. So make sure to wear comfy clothes, bring a mat or blanket to lay on, you can bring a blanket to cover up and a pillow for your head even. Bolsters and blocks are available for you to borrow in the studio if you choose.
