We are Kevin and Becky Hopp. While I, Becky, am the primary “face” of With a Grateful Heart Wellness, this is very much a team effort and would not be possible without both of us.

 We’ve been together for 10+ years, were married in July 2018, and we do almost everything together. We are dog parents, of 5 Shih Tzu dogs ~ Frank, Zoey, Snickers, Sandy and Oreo. They are our “kids” and our world revolves around them. And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

 We love spending time with our family and friends. We both grew up spending our Summers out on Lake Erie and our love for the water and all things boating translated into us purchasing a boat of our own in 2017. While Summers in Cleveland are shorter than we’d like, we try to spend as much time on the boat as we can.

 On a much more personal note about myself, I am a 13 year Cancer Survivor and a 9 year Open Heart Warrior. Unfortunately, I had cancer for over 2 years before I even knew it and so the tumor that webbed into my heart, lung and trachea wreaked absolute havoc on my vascular system. This caused me to have over 25 surgeries and have 5 stents placed in my veins to keep the blood pumping into my heart. Fortunately, I am in the care of the best doctors in the world at The Cleveland Clinic and I am so grateful to have them on my side. I feel so blessed to be in remission and to have found a way to (not wood) stay out of the operating room.

 “With a Grateful Heart Wellness” came to be because I wanted a way to offer to help people. Whether that is through a customized nutrition plan, a private or group Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath, a workout plan with 1:1 coaching and accountability, private 1:1 Reiki sessions or meditation and chakra work ~ my main focus will always be to help people. I try to live every single day in gratitude as I feel so incredibly blessed for each new day that I’m given. My heart truly is grateful and that is a mantra/message/prayer that I carry with me every moment of every day.
