Join Yoga Instructor & Studio Owner, Nicole McLaughlin-Lublin, and myself for a beautiful Restorative Yoga & Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath Collaboration.

What a perfect way to end the weekend! Come spend a relaxing 60 minutes with us as Nicole guides you through some restful and restorative yoga while I play my Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls to take you into a deeper state of calm and relaxation.

Feel free to bring your own yoga props or you are welcome to use the props available at the studio. Additionally, I suggest an eye mask or eye pillow which will help block out any light and help you further relax.
