Prepare to leave feeling refreshed, radiant, and glowing from the inside out. Come be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound, all from the comfort of your own mat (no yoga just relaxation😉).

Additional note: I do recommend bringing a pillow, blanket, eye pillow, eye mask, etc. ~ whatever is going to help you be most comfortable and allow to relax fully relax into the experience.😌
