Using the highest grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, you will go on a relaxing journey that will help with stress, tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, grief, physical pain and addiction. This is done through the waves of sound which calm the nervous system and balance the subtle body. Prepare to leave each session feeling refreshed, radiant, and glowing from the inside out.

Crystal Clear: Deep Stretch & Sound Immersion Special Event
Join certified Sound Healer, Becky Hopp from With a Grateful Heart Wellness & 500 RYT, Savannah Goins from Yoga Strong Studios, as they guide you through an hour long restorative flow along with the sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. Savannah will guide you into poses designed to ground and center the body and mind, while Becky shares the incredible vibrational frequencies of the bowls to take you deeper into your practice. Come be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound and transition into this next season with clarity and calm!
Sip, Snack & Shop with us after class! Athleta will have a Pop Up Shop of their New Sleepwear line, and Great Lakes Health & Wellness (new location in Ohio City) will be providing complimentary blading for students to continue the relaxation!
What you will need to bring - Yoga mat ($2 rentals) and water/water bottle. Additional props will be used from the studio. If you want to bring your own props, feel free to bring 2 blocks, 2 blankets, bolster and yoga strap if you have them.
