Join certified Sound Healer, Becky Hopp from With a Grateful Heart Wellness & 500 RYT, Savannah Goins from Yoga Strong Studios, as they guide you through an hour long restorative flow along with the sounds of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. Savannah will guide you into poses designed to ground and center the body and mind, while Becky shares the incredible vibrational frequencies of the bowls to take you deeper into your practice. What you will need to bring - Yoga mat ($2 rentals) and water/water bottle. Additional props will be used from the studio. If you want to bring your own props, feel free to bring 2 blocks, 2 blankets, bolster and yoga strap if you have them.
