Yoga & Sound Bath at The Willow Room with Shannon & Becky

Shannon and Becky are both incredibly passionate about helping others heal.

This special event will include a Flow & Restore Yoga practice, lead by Shannon, with the magical sound healing of Becky's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

We will invite both movement and stillness, and feel on a deeper level that everything in life is vibrating.

Sound therapy not only helps the body achieve a state of deep relaxation, but also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.
