Restorative Yoga & Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath

Take a 90 minute relaxation journey with 60 minutes of easy restorative yoga and an extended 30 minute Savasana.

During the entire journey Becky will play her Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

The combination of yoga and crystal bowls will lead you into a deep state of peaceful relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat and/or your favorite blanket and pillow.
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothing .
