Join Kip & I in-person for a
Restorative Yoga & Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath
that will be infused with Reiki Energy

Take a 90 minute relaxation journey with 60 minutes of easy restorative yoga and an extended 30 minute Savasana.

During the entire 90 minute journey I will be playing

my Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

The combination of yoga and crystal bowls will lead you into a deep state of peaceful relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and/or your favorite blanket and pillow.

While this is held at the N Ridgeville Parks & Recreation Senior Center, you DO NOT need to be a “Senior” to sign up for this session. They are graciously allowing us to use their space.
