Join Shannon & Becky in-person for this beautiful collaboration of Outdoor Yoga & a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath

Shannon and Becky are both incredibly passionate about helping others heal.

This special event will include an outdoor all level yoga flow, lead by Shannon, with the magical sound healing of Becky's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.

We will invite both movement and stillness, and feel on a deeper level that everything in life is vibrating.

Sound therapy not only helps the body achieve a state of deep relaxation, but also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.

Location: Stinchcomb Memorial - Metro Parks
