🌝Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath at The Willow Room with Shannon & Becky🌝

Shannon and Becky are both incredibly passionate about helping others heal.

This special event will include a Flow & Restore Yoga practice, lead by Shannon, with the magical sound healing of Becky's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. We will be focusing on the incredible energy of the Full Moon.

We will invite both movement and stillness, and feel on a deeper level that everything in life is vibrating.

Sound therapy not only helps the body achieve a state of deep relaxation, but also has a way of moving through blockages in the body.
