I recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket to lay down, a blanket to cover up (if you get chilly easily), a pillow for your head and any other yoga props or bolsters you’ll need to get the most comfy. You can even bring an eye mask or eye pillow to block out any light. ***Please note: we will not be moving at all during this session.***
