Additional note: Becky does recommend wearing comfortable clothes, bringing a pillow, yoga mat or blanket to lay down on, a blanket to cover up if you get cold easily, eye pillow, eye mask, etc. ~ whatever is going to help you be most comfortable and allow to relax fully relax into the experience.
There are also bolsters, blankets and blocks available at the yoga studio for student use.
