Kip will spend the first 60 minutes guiding an awesome all-levels Restorative Yoga flow and then there will be and extended Savasana of 30 minutes to close out the evening. During the entire 90 minute session, Becky will be sharing the beautiful and healing vibrations of her Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.
***PLEASE NOTE: As always, you are welcome to come and just sit or lay down and just listen to the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. Sometimes we just need an entire session in Savasana (laying down & being still) and that's perfectly ok with us!! :)
Added bonus ~ we will be working with the energy of the 7/7 Gateway ✨(which just happened) and the energy of the 8/8 Portal 🦁 coming up in August

**Hurricane Beryl is supposed to be headed this way but we are manifesting that it will be long gone by Saturday morning. HOWEVER, we have required your cell phone number as part of the sign up in the event that we need to cancel at the last minute. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD THIS EVENT IF IT IS RAINING.**
Time: 9:00am-10:30am (We will begin promptly at 9am to maximize the full 90 minutes. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to park, check-in, set-up, etc. We will open the space at 8:15am.)
Location: Private Residence on the Shores of Lake Erie (address will be sent upon signing up)
Investment: This will be a donation based offering. The suggested donation is $20 but we will not turn anyone away <3
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat or Blanket ~ to lay on or sit on if you prefer to not to be directly on the grass
***additionally since it will be morning, there still may be some dew on the grass you may want to bring an extra mat, blanket, towel, etc to lay down first if you don't want your stuff/mat to get damp.***
- Yoga Props (bolster, blocks, straps, etc.) ~ if you have them and want to bring them that's great as we will have a very limited amount available
- Blanket ~ to cover up during Savasana, or roll up to put under your head, or roll up to put under your knees/legs if you prefer
- Small Pillow ~ to use under your head during Savasana if you prefer
- Eye Mask/Eye Pillow ~ to use during Savasana to block out the light if you prefer
- Chair ~ if you prefer to sit during the session, there will be some chairs available but if you have a favorite that travels easily we suggest bringing that
- Water Bottle
- Bug Spray ~ if you're prone to bug bites like Becky we suggest you bring it with you ;)
- Crystals ~ feel free to bring your crystals so they can be infused with the vibrations of the bowls, the Reiki energy Becky will share
