Join Certified Sound Healing Practitioner & Reiki Master, Becky Hopp, of With a Grateful Heart Wellness for a Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath infused with Reiki Energy to help reset your nervous system and take you to a beautifully relaxed state.

You will be bathed in soul-soothing sound vibrations from Becky's Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls as she guides you through breathwork, full body relaxation and guided meditation.

Be prepared to leave feeling so much better than when you arrived.

Ultimately, Becky wants you to be as comfortable as possible during the Sound Bath and she invites you to...wear comfy clothes, bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask/pillow and anything else you need to settle in and get cozy.

The rest that you engage in during a Sound Bath is 5x deeper than sleep, so a Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and soul!

Additional note: I do recommend bringing a pillow, blanket, eye pillow, eye mask, etc. ~ whatever is going to help you be most comfortable and allow to relax fully relax into the experience.😌
