Join us for a Grand Re-opening Celebration and Open House in our beautiful new location at 583 W. Bagley Road in Berea
(inside the Helwig Whistle Stop building).

The day's schedule is below. All classes and events are free of charge. Additionally, enjoy a sale on class packages and retail products all day.

8:00-9:00am Beginners Flow with Rachel Hara-Nicholson

9:30-10:30am Slow Flow with Rob Hawkins

11:00am-12:30pm All Levels Flow (Jivamukti) with Jennifer Lenhart
*
12:30-2:00pm Open House/Socializing/Food
*
2:15-3:15pm Bhakti practice: Chanting, mantra, and meditation with Jennifer Lenhart and Denys Morgan and a mini-sound bath with Becky Hopp

In addition Ruth Wagner will be giving free 30-minute cranial massages between 9-12 and 1-4. Please text her at 216-225-1258 to reserve one of the spots.
