Join me the SECOND MONDAY of every month for a 💗Reiki Infused💗 🎶Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath🎶 at the North Ridgeville Parks & Recreation Senior Center at 6:30pm
I will take you on a beautifully relaxing journey using the highest grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.
This full body relaxation experience will help with stress, tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, grief, physical pain, addiction and so much more.
Based on ancient healing techniques, the relaxation occurs through the sound wave vibrations which calm the nervous system and balance the subtle body. Be prepared to leave the session feeling refreshed, radiant, and glowing from the inside out.
Important to note: I recommend wearing comfortable clothes, bringing a pillow, yoga mat or blanket to lay down on, a blanket to cover up if you get cold easily, eye pillow, eye mask, etc. ~ whatever is going to help you be most comfortable and allow to relax fully relax into the experience. Chairs are also available for those who would like to participate but will not be comfortable sitting/laying on the floor or if you prefer to bring your own Zero Gravity chair/or the like, you are welcome to do that too.
