Additional note: Becky does recommend wearing comfortable clothes, bringing a pillow, yoga mat or blanket to lay down on, a blanket to cover up if you get cold easily, eye pillow, eye mask, etc. ~ whatever is going to help you be most comfortable and allow to relax fully relax into the experience. Chairs are also available for those who would like to participate but will not be comfortable sitting/laying on the floor.
